SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with German (Ref:3fRHP)

Planning. * Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems. * Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs. * Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams. * Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies. Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture. * Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises. * In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the, ability to

effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * B2 level proficiency in German is mandatory. * SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
