Senior UX Designer

We are building a platform that manages immense complexity-ontologies, data pipelines, and AI reasoning. If the user interface is confusing, the underlying power is useless.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who thinks in systems and not just screens. The challenge is not to "simplify" the data by hiding it, but to design intuitive workflows that allow power users to manage complex semantic assets with confidence. You will define how users interact with the "brain" of the enterprise.

What You'll Work On

You will work at the intersection of the customer, engineering, and product.

This role involves defining the fundamental platform elements, including how business meaning is represented, versioned, governed, and exposed, ensuring that enterprise data and business logic can be reliably utilized by software and AI.

You will work closely with product and engineering to turn complex, often ambiguous requirements into robust, scalable systems.

• 7+ years of UX design experience, with 4+ years designing complex B2B or enterprise software (data platforms, developer tools, analytics applications, etc.)
• Expert in UI/UX design principles, interaction design patterns, and usability heuristics
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing systematic thinking, clean aesthetics, and thoughtful solutions to complex UX challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
