• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer / Backend Architect.
• Strong proficiency with backend development using REST architectures, microservices, and high-concurrency environments.
• Solid knowledge of API design, integration standards, architectural principles, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with agile delivery environments (JIRA) and cross-country collaboration.
• Proven experience with REST API development, high-availability systems, and web services.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a global technical ecosystem.
