SAP IBP Consultant

Position: Senior SAP IBP Consultant (Demand, Supply & S&OP) Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site in Madrid Languages: Spanish & English (both fluent) Type: Full-time A global organisation is expanding its digital supply chain capabilities and is looking for a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to join its transformation team. This is a strategic, high-impact role suited to an experienced consultant who can blend hands-on IBP expertise with strong stakeholder management and project leadership. The ideal profile brings deep functional knowledge across IBP for Demand, Supply, and S&OP, alongside experience guiding complex planning initiatives within large, multi-entity environments. What You'll Do * Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP IBP across Demand, Supply, and S&OP * Analyse business processes and define functional requirements across planning, logistics, and supply chain * Translate business needs into scalable, future-ready IBP solutions * Drive integrations between IBP and S/4HANA, ECC, APO, or third-party systems * Act as workstream or project lead, managing timelines, risks, RAID, and governance * Lead workshops, blueprint phases, testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and cutover planning * Provide strategic advisory to senior stakeholders on planning best practices and optimisation opportunities * Support continuous improvement, digital roadmaps, and long-term planning strategy * Coach junior consultants and support cross-functional collaboration What You Bring * 5+ years' hands-on SAP IBP experience (Demand, Supply, S&OP) * Broad experience across end-to-end planning processes * Proven leadership of planning workstreams or SAP transformation projects * Strong test management, cutover, and PMO exposure * Strong integration understanding (S/4HANA, ECC, CPI-DS, external data sources) * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills * Fluent in Spanish and English (C1/C2) * Comfortable working in dynamic, multi-cultural environments Nice to Have * APO migration experience (DP/SNP) * SAP IBP or SAP S/4HANA certifications * Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) * Experience with ML forecasting or advanced analytics If you're looking for a senior role where you can influence strategy, lead complex programmes, and play a key part in a major digital transformation, we'd welcome a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
