Job description
- Participate in design, implementation, and documentation of different application modules
- Follow best practices (Scrum, Refactoring, code standards)
- Regularly attend all Scrum ceremonies
- Develop SAP HR programs or interfaces using ABAP
- Write unit test and be responsible for the overall quality of the code produced
- Collaborate with Product Management to clarify requirements and designs
- Support critical issues based on the urgency
- Work with Development Manager and provide regular status update
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software development experience with ABAP
- Good working experience in SAP HR module PA (Personnel Administration).
- Good working experience with SAP HR objects: PNP, reports, infotypes etc.
- Experience with object-oriented design and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction
- Good team player
Plus
- Development experience with SAP Payroll is a plus
- Software development experience with web is a plus
- Experience working in a distributed computing and SOA is a plus
- Experience with the complete software development lifecycle; experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) is a plus
