Responsibilities * Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of our model inference API and other APIs. * Implement DevOps strategies for the organization. * Work with development and operations teams to automate software delivery processes. * Identify and implement tools and processes to improve software development and delivery. * Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience. * Help deploy our software stack to Fortune 500 clients' servers. * Participate in the design of Multiverse's

Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; alternatively significant work experience as a Software Engineer. * 2-5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer. * Experience in large-scale, secure, and high-availability solutions in the AWS Cloud, using automation to support deployment, scaling, monitoring, and management (Terraform / CloudFormation / SDK, etc.). * Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD). * Experience with deploying, managing, and optimizing APIs in production environments. * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Proficiency with one or more programming languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.). * Proven, ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of
