Job description
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure data storage solutions using distributed database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, etc.). Automate infrastructure and deployment pipelines with Terraform, Ansible, and Bash scripts. Configure, tune, and monitor database performance to ensure high availability and meet SLAs. Develop data backup and disaster recovery plans; perform regular restore tests. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to understand hosting and scaling requirements. Diagnose and resolve production issues; minimize impact on services. Maintain comprehensive architecture, process, and procedure documentation., Build and maintain the data foundation that powers our AI-first CRM platform for 500,000+ customers. Accelerate feature delivery through reliable infrastructure and automation. Drive operational excellence and resilience across 1,000+ global team members.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Linux-based production environments. Deep knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and object/file storage engines. Strong understanding of data backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability best practices. Hands-on automation skills with Ansible, Bash, Terraform, or similar tools. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Effective communication in English (written and spoken).
