  • Review and validate all UX/UI deliverables, ensuring consistency, readability, visual polish, and proper integration into the engine.
  • Create and maintain UX guidelines, UI style guides, visual identity documentation, and best-practice references for cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Oversee visual communication aspects such as graphic design, motion design, and typography across UI features.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning and coordinate UX/UI needs and dependencies across Design, Art, Engineering, and Localization.
  • Write and follow up on Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) for UX/UI tasks and ensure backlog alignment.
  • Act as a key UX/UI point of reference for internal teams and partner studios, and serve as a secondary PoC for client-side stakeholders.
  • Ensure UI assets and flows are compatible with localization constraints and platform certification requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver clear UX/UI reports, documentation, and presentations for Directors, Producers, and external partners.
  • Support the improvement of UX/UI tools, workflows, and visual communication practices across the project.

Requirements

$Personal Qualities
