Job description

Analyze data on priority topics chosen by the executive committee to provide decision-making support for directors and heads of sales, care, marketing, etc. Design and maintain dashboards that allow operational teams (sales, care, HR, etc.) and leadership (CEO, investors, etc.) to monitor business activity. Collaborate with data engineers to expose relevant data in the data warehouse, prioritise needs, participate in modelling, and keep the warehouse up-to-date. Maintain the BI tool, ensuring that information is clear and well organised so every stakeholder can find what they need.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience as a data analyst / business analyst in a fast-growing environment. Graduated from a business or engineering school. Experience with complex data analysis. Structured, persistent, enjoys taking on challenges and finding solutions. Good English proficiency. Proficiency in SQL and Metabase or PowerBI. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
