Job description

GEODIS - Director level, Full-time, Marketing - Industries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage. The Customer Portal Product Owner will enable a fluent user journey and experience for GEODIS clients and prospects on the company's online platforms for booking, monitoring and managing shipments. The role coordinates actions of internal and external stakeholders and contributors of "MyGEODIS", the common customer portal for existing and new clients., Support the Director of Sales & Marketing Tools & Digital Customer Experience to develop, evolve and enhance the MyGEODIS roadmap. Act as a Project Manager. Prepare and facilitate workshops and secure follow-up of workshop outcomes. Work within a large, matrix-structured group. Provide workshop, tool and process documentation. Coordinate implementation efforts with involved IT teams. Gather, capture and streamline project input from across functions and geographies. Engage in platform UX. Ensure coherence of the customer journey across online presences, especially MyGEODIS and geodis.com. Support the creation of User Stories/Use Cases for the development backlog. Perform User Acceptance Tests for newly developed features. Manage project communication: internal team communication and company-wide updates, including content writing and distribution.

Requirements

Master's Degree (BAC+5) in a digital, marketing or management field with a minimum of 10 years experience in digital transformation projects of large/international companies. Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Owner and Project Manager. Consultancy background/experience is a plus. Team leader spirit - ability to motivate, encourage and steer a network of contributors and stakeholders. Detailed follow-up mindset while keeping the macro view & project objectives in mind. Ability to identify cross-functional interdependencies. Ability to work autonomously with short delays when needed. Background on SalesForce and Pardot is a plus. Background in Supply Chain/Transport/Logistics is a plus. Change management experience is a plus. Fluent English is a must. Travel might be required occasionally.
