Logistics Application Support Engineer Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid) Salary: c.35-40,000 Euros (Flexible for experienced hires). Work from home with some visits into the Office

As a Logistics Application Support Engineer, you will be the bridge between physical operations and digital logic. You will join a high-performing Regional Logistics Applications team that covers the entire EMEA region, giving you a massive platform to showcase your skills. We are looking for a Logistics Application Support Engineer who is tired of manual workarounds and wants to fix the root cause of the problem. We will provide the technical training, but we need you to bring the warehouse expertise., * Take the lead on solving WMS issues ranging from RF scanner glitches to complex inventory discrepancies

- Move beyond the day-to-day by investigating root causes and driving permanent process improvements
- Play a key role in major projects including system testing and new customer implementations
- Become the go-to expert for training materials and process documentation across the region

Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * You are currently a WMS Superuser or Logistics Supervisor who is ready for a career pivot
- You have a restless curiosity about how systems work and a drive to move into a Logistics Application Support Engineer role
- You can command a room whether you are talking to a warehouse picker or a senior IT manager
- You prefer high-level autonomy over being told exactly what to do every hour of the day
- You are excited by the prospect of occasional travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience using a Warehouse Management System in a senior or superuser capacity
- Total understanding of the warehouse lifecycle from inbound receiving to final dispatch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use Excel for data validation and reporting
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid home and office setup
- Full right to work in the UK and a valid passport for occasional international travel, * Do you have 3 years of experience working with WMS systems
