Full Stack Front Office Software Engineer- Leading Global Energy Commodities Trading

• 5+ years' professional full-stack software engineering experience in Python, React or Angular
• Deep understanding of OO programming
• Exposure to AWS & Snowflake technologies
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with with a wide range of users ranging from very technical to non-technical
• Prior exposure to / demonstrated interest in finance, quant trading, or commodities markets

This is an energy trading and infrastructure asset investment firm, redefining how data and technology drive the future of global energy trading. Now looking for experienced full-stack engineers to join the Data Science & Technology team in London. This team is pivotal in giving the firm a competitive edge, and this role offers the opportunity to build Python-based services and custom APIs using modern frameworks and best-in-class design patterns. You'll partner directly with the front office to optimize trading processes, as well as designing cloud-native tools (e.g. visualization & analytics interfaces) that integrate seamlessly with the trading platform.
