You'll take ownership of a core, real-world product used to support health & safety compliance. You'll lead a growing development team, work directly with customers, and influence the direction of a configurable platform built on Microsoft .NET and React Native.

- Remaining hands-on with software design and development using Microsoft .NET
- Working directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
- Planning workloads, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Improving development processes across design, build, test and release
- Collaborating with senior leadership on product roadmap and innovation
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and building software solutions
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft .NET
- Previous experience leading or mentoring developers
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes
- Experience working with structured development lifecycles and tools such as JIRA
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility required to support customers and project delivery when needed.

- Salary between £50,000 and £70,000 depending on experience
