• Provide on-site IT support to clients
• Travel to client sites, generally within walking distance of the office
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms.
• Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc site visits, ensuring client systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic interactions.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and share feedback with the wider team.
• Stay current with Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' service desk experience
• Previously worked for an MSP or had the opportunity to go to various client sites
• Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience
• Office 365, with experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Windows server elements including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Troubleshoot and configure networking technologies such as WIFI, Firewalls & Routers
• Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktops desirable
• Following certs are desirable: MD-102, MS-700, CompTIA A+, Network+
