Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automated deployment, monitoring, and management of systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions across different locations. Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems globally. Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and automation techniques. through automation. Ensure the reliability of server and storage infrastructure, including regular maintenance and performance optimization. Manage and optimize virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability. Ensure comprehensive backups, effective monitoring, capacity planning, and thorough documentation for all data centers globally. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, virtualization platforms, and hyper converged infrastructure, with a strong focus on automation. Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, operations, escalation support, and security best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). Demonstrable experience with operations in at least one cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
