Job description
Lead the design and technical direction of new digital solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring they meet organisational needs and long-term goals. Evaluate business requirements and technical constraints, shaping them into clear architectural plans and practical solution designs. Create detailed technical documentation and visual architecture artefacts to support both in-house teams and external delivery partners throughout development. Highlight potential technical risks early, advising stakeholders on implications and proposing balanced, secure and scalable approaches. Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams during implementation, resolving issues and ensuring seamless integration across the wider technology ecosystem.Skills
Requirements
Proven background designing and delivering solutions within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 landscape, including experience handling complex integration's and security considerations. Confidence working across both older systems and modern cloud technologies, with a strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making through structured, well-reasoned guidance. A disciplined approach to solution design and delivery, paired with the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift. A collaborative, quality-driven attitude that supports the development of a resilient, user-focused technology environment aligned with organisational values.Benefits
