Job description

A leading international healthcare insurance organisation is seeking an IT Business & Solutions Architect to support a major IT and digital transformation programme.

This is a senior, hands-on role bridging business requirements and technical solution architecture, working closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, PMO, in-house IT teams (UK & US) and an outsourced development partner., * Translate business requirements into end-to-end IT solutions and architecture

Lead solution design, integration strategy and architectural governance
Produce and maintain solution, integration and enterprise architecture documentation
Define and govern integration patterns, standards and quality checkpoints
Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap planning and transformation initiatives
Oversee and guide an outsourced development provider, approving designs and changes
Ensure compliance with security, data governance and regulatory standards

Requirements

10+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect / Enterprise Architect / IT Architect
Strong experience in business-IT alignment and complex enterprise environments
MuleSoft / iPaaS integration architecture
.NET / Microsoft technology stack
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or similar)
SQL Server and enterprise databases
UML, solution and integration architecture documentation
Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks

Skills
