Senior Digital Project Manager - Contract

An Edinburgh based Financial Services organisation has just released a new Project Management Contract on a high-profile digital delivery programme and they're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful execution of complex, API-led technology initiatives.

To be successful in this Contract, our Client is looking for a strong & experienced Digital Project Manager who is available now/at short notice and who has the following knowledge & experience:

1. Deep & proven Project Management "craft" and experience in the Financial Services Sector, with a very strong focus on Pensions & Savings sector
2. Strong understanding of modern digital architectures, including APIs, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
3. Previous experience delivering projects involving digital, data exchange or platform-based solutions (in the Financial Services Sector)
4. Solid awareness of data security, privacy and identity management etc
5. Excellent people skills with 1st class communication and strong Stakeholder Management skills & abilities

Working in a hybrid-style, our Client would ideally prefer candidates from the local Scottish Market and those who are available now / at short notice.

An initial 6-month Contract, the role will be based from their Edinburgh-Office (working in a hybrid-style), with 1-2 days in the office each week. The Contract will be working via Umbrella and will pay circa £550-£650 per day.
