Job description
Financial Services Consultancy with offices in UK, US & the Middle East have a near-immediate requirement for a Data Administrator, SharePoint Administrator, Business Systems Administrator/Consultant to take the reins in leading the transformation and delivery of its handling of associate and contractor data.
Take end-to-end ownership of building a centralised Associate Database in SharePoint, cleansing legacy data, and working with additional consultants to deliver seamless integration with Salesforce.
With a clearly defined brief, your objectives are clear:
- Lead the data quality assessment, cleansing and standardisation of associate data from spreadsheets, SharePoint and legacy sources
- Build a structured SharePoint-based Associate Database, including lists, schemas, controlled vocabularies, permissions and audit history.
- Develop Power Apps forms and automated workflows (onboarding, compliance alerts, contract renewals, status changes)
- Create dashboards and reports to support operational, compliance and leadership visibility
- Assist in SharePoint * Salesforce integration
- Managing data migration, testing (UAT), deployment, documentation and handover
Requirements
Coming with the following experience will enable you to thrive in this role:
- Proven capability in data cleansing, migration and governance
- Demonstrable SharePoint solution delivery experience
- Experience integrating business systems, ideally SharePoint
- Power Automate, APIs and workflow automation experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication and delivery ownership
