Job description

We are looking for someone to work with the team to produce client-ready work of the highest standards, ensuring that deliverables meet the brief and scope of the work set by the Client Services Team (CST) within the project management tool Accelo, while maintaining timeliness, budget compliance, and uncompromising quality.

We need someone who can collaborate with the Client Services leads and Head of CRM and HubSpot to drive positive changes in Wagada's internal processes, with a focus on profitability. Someone who can provide effective leadership, mentoring and management as well as supporting the team's development - ensuring proactive monitoring and integration of new industry trends and practices.

You will be able to utilise tools and data to assess the effectiveness or deliverable work, formulating best practices based on analysis of client success and failure and communicate these findings across the agency.

You will promote Wagada's brand and positive culture both internally and externally, along with creating a culture of curiosity and healthy challenge. You will be responsible for the quality of the work performed and results achieved.
