AI/ML Engineer - Data & AI

We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit an AI/ML Engineer to join their Data & AI team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge Data & AI Security programme, working with advanced AI technologies to solve complex business challenges., * Design and implement innovative AI solutions to address complex business problems.

• Apply Generative AI models and AI agents to enhance business processes.
• Develop and maintain production-ready AI applications and systems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in AI & ML technologies and lead team decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices for AI development and deployment.

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Bedrock is highly recommended.
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Foundation Models, and Foundation Model Fine-Tuning.
• Practical experience with AI Agents and production-level AI solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and provide technical leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovative solutions.
