Job description
- As a member of the Agile product team, the Product Owner will:
- Work with the business sponsors to finalise the requirements & receive business sign off
- Provide a framework to enable a decision, if needed for a RFI/RFP
- Deliver a business case with a recommendation of the tool/s for the next stage of the DLP initiative
- Collaborate with the Architecture Team and assigned Architect to make sure that architecture direction and decisions relating to the technologies supporting the platform are appropriately discussed and debated to get to the best outcomes for our customers.
- Identify user education activities to ensure a successful implementation
- Identify and agree with the business teams the key processes required to support successful implementation of the DLP tool in the live environment
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management experience
- Experience in delivering global DLP initiatives, ideally with Purview experience
- Considerable relevant industry or functional experience in Insurance, including in Speciality, Commercial and ideally M&A business and associated product lines
- Experience of management of vendor relationships, either on shore or off shore
- Demonstrable experience of delivering complex initiatives
- Experienced Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working in Agile teams

Working with business stakeholders, scrum masters, and delivery teams within technology to deliver the next phase of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiative.
