Job description
You'll take full ownership of a suite of Salesforce products used across multiple business functions, ensuring they deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Working closely with cross functional teams, you'll define features, refine processes, and champion best practice Salesforce usage across the organisation. Experience within the insurance sector - whether underwriting, claims, policy administration, or broker distribution - will be a strong advantage, as you'll be partnering with teams who rely heavily on Salesforce to streamline operations and improve customer experience., * Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to deliver high quality solutions
- Engage with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, operations, and customer service
- Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination
- Promote best practices in Salesforce configuration, UX, and data governance
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement across the organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, or custom applications
- Insurance or wider financial services experience is highly desirable
- Confident working in an agile environment with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value
