SQL Database Developer

We are looking for a Database Developer to join a growing technology-focused organisation that supports businesses with regulatory compliance and systems implementation.

This is a unique role where rather than focusing on the ongoing development of SQL Databases, you will be responsible for the integration of a software product into clients database solutions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs before configuring and delivering a software solution that will help streamline their compliance processes and improves reporting accuracy. This is a hands-on role where you will manage implementations end-to-end, working with a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver software implementation projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule. Gather and document client and internal requirements, configuring the software to meet business needs. Analyse client workflows and provide best-practice recommendations aligned with system capabilities. Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.Skills and Experience

Strong technical background specifically with T-SQL Experience with query writing, performance tuning and indexing Experience with ASP.Net/C#. Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to understand both high-level and detailed requirements.What Is on Offer
