Job description

  • Review and update BMS documents (policies, procedures, forms).

  • Correct formatting, layout, and template issues in Word.

  • Maintain version control and document registers.

  • Liaise with document owners to gather updates and approvals.

  • Ensure documents meet internal standards and are stored correctly in the system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller or similar admin/document support role.

  • Strong MS Word skills and ability to fix formatting issues quickly.

  • Experience with Business Management Systems or quality systems is highly desirable.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently to tight timelines.
