• Manage users in Microsoft Active Directory and maintain IT infrastructure., * 1st & 2nd level support on-site or remote
• Configuration and commissioning of ICT and peripheral devices
• Management and maintenance of clients and work environment
• Administration and maintenance of users in Microsoft Active Directory
• Setting up smartphones, landline devices, and VPN access
• Support in commissioning, maintenance, and monitoring of local/global IT infrastructure
• Participation and takeover of partial tasks in various ICT projects, * Responsible, independent area of responsibility in an international environment
