Working Student - IT Demand Management(x|f|m) - on Site

• You will assist with IT demand and project management tasks, including scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting
• You will be involved in conducting research and analyses to support business decisions and strategy development
• Support in the creation and maintenance of project documents and presentations
• You will work with team members to identify and implement IT demands and process improvements
• Supporting the team in day-to-day business and administrative tasks will round off your responsibilities

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in (business) informatics, business administration or a related field

• You have a basic understanding of IT systems and business processes
• First experience with ServiceNow is a plus
• You are very proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills characterize you
• Strong presentation skills and a confident manner are among your strengths
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile
