Job description

Join our Technology & Operations team as a Project Manager within Cloud Services, where you'll be part of a specialised team managing large IT infrastructure, hosting and IT Operations programmes that often impact multiple technology, operations, and business units. You will work on critical initiatives including Data Centre Consolidations, the ITSM Programme and our Divestment Programmes, collaborating closely with the CLS units, other T&O technical units and the wider Worldline business to deliver strategic outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsabilities

  • Manage transversal projects and programmes of work, supporting Program Managers on larger strategic initiatives
  • Hands-on work working directly with operations and infrastructure teams, legacy teams and/or cloud teams. You will understand the technical challenges and can "speak the language".
  • Define and manage project scope and define effective milestones, developing comprehensive project plans and timelines
  • Lead and manage project teams ranging from 5 to 50 people distributed over the company across business units and technical units including architecture and infrastructure teams and company supporting teams. Work with managers to identify and acquire the necessary resources and skills to deliver to plan.
  • Report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple technology and business units
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure financial governance
  • Set up and facilitate project governance structures and decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in leading and managing projects, with a track record of successful delivery leading infrastructure projects Wide experience of working on projects with technology and infrastructure teams.
  • Good general knowledge of the wider IT landscape across architecture to production service delivery.
  • Facilitate solution design and delivery with technical leads taking into account functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects building consensus, and communicating effectively with both technical experts and senior business leaders across different business and technical units
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project governance frameworks and budget management
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with core ITSM processes (e.g., Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management) would be an advantage.
