Alternatively, to have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship.Ability to analyse data and technical drawings from a variety of sources and formats.An understanding of Supportability engineering principles and it's individual/combined effect on lifecycle cost and asset and aircraft availability.Team player, able to discuss changing resource demands with other ILS leads and adapt accordingly.Knowledge of technical publications, engineering and helicopter systems and experience of helicopter operations/support.Able to write reports to support investigation and recommendations.Good at networking.
