Job description
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing corporate services providers and a multi-award-winning governance firm.
This remote role (with occasional London board meetings, 1-2 times per month) is ideal for an Assistant Company Secretary / Governance professional looking to work with listed companies, regulated entities and leading law firm clients.
Duties to include:
Board and committee support & minute taking
Corporate governance and Companies Act compliance
Client advisory and relationship management
Corporate projects and policy drafting
If you are:
-CGI qualified;
-Have professional services experience; and
-Have PLC or regulated experience.
Please note that due to meetings being held in London 1-2 times per month in which physical attendance is necessary, it would be desirable to be based locally.
