Requirements

Assisting service management teams in resolving software defects in live service.## Basic Requirements A formal qualification (Degree) in Computing Science or equivalent experience Proven experience in testing and deploying large, complex software solutions for Fire agencies. Strong understanding of software testing processes, including fault analysis and resolution. Familiarity with mobile product deployments including MDT solutions is highly desirable. Ability to create and implement test plans, manage test events, and document results. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, operational language.
