Web Support Engineer (Human)

What will your job be?

• Own support missions and resolve client issues efficiently
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction
• Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and offer technical solutions
• Perform system setups, updates, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Manage multiple issues, prioritize effectively, and troubleshoot when needed
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Document processes and maintain an internal knowledge base
