Senior AI Graphic & Web Designer

• Create, refine and manage high-quality design assets: landing page/microsite creation, standalone E-Mail, banners, online ads, packaging.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across markets and channels.
• Perform advanced image editing and video adjustments (retouching, color grading, montages, cropping, formats), preferably AI-based.

AI-Driven Web & Creative Production:

• AI-Driven Workflow: Leverage AI design tools (Claude, Lovable, etc.) to rapidly create and enhance digital assets, including online ads, banners, and marketing materials.
• Web Design & Implementation: Design and build high-performance landing pages, microsites, and Shopify store elements, integrating AI-generated components.
• Digital Optimization: Ensure continuous SEO and accessibility optimization for all Shopify and Wordpress web properties.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing e-commerce and product teams to translate requirements into visual and web solutions.
• Participate in creative ideation, concept creation and UX/visual strategy.

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Senior-level experience (5+ years) in graphic design and/or web design.

• Expert use of AI tools: Claude, Lovable, or similar AI-powered design & web-building platforms.
• Strong ability to write advanced prompts and guide AI tools effectively.
• Solid experience with Shopify and Shopify page-building tools.
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and web projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality, and visual consistency.
• Strong English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HTML/CSS or JavaScript for minor adjustments.
• Extensive experience with UX design, wireframing, or prototyping.
• Video creation and editing skills (HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut, Runway).
