Job description

  • In 1st level, you process incidents, manage their further progression (e.g. forwarding to subsequent incident levels) and monitor the resolution throughout
  • You ensure clear and complete documentation of the incidents
  • Through proactive and reactive performance monitoring, you identify potential disruptions at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures
  • You process service requests including necessary clarifications and communicate transparently with users as part of the request-fulfilment process
  • By creating and maintaining content in the global knowledge base, you make solutions available efficiently and sustainably
  • You continuously develop existing support scenarios and intake channels in order to sustainably improve service Quality, * Work Abroad: Up to 30 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the service sector, for example in a service-oriented IT environment and/or through vocational training in an IT or hotel/tourism environment
  • Knowledge in working with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Experience with client operating systems, networks and IT processes is desirable
  • Basic hardware knowledge
  • German and English at business-fluent level, for supporting local and international colleagues
  • A service-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as strong intrinsic motivation to continuously develop yourself
