Job description

  • Own an area within an AI squad and drive features from discovery to delivery
  • Collaborate with the product lead to align the AI squad's trajectory with overall business goals and the roadmap of the product area
  • Balance the four key product risks - value, usability, feasibility, and business viability - when making decisions and setting priorities.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, write and refine user stories, and drive sprint planning with your team.
  • Translate user needs and stakeholder input into actionable, validated product initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs,aligning priorities, and keeping them informed about progress and product developments.
  • Utilize product analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Collaborate cross-functional with engineers, designers, legal experts, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive usability and adoption by conducting user testing,iteratingfeedback, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape to inform product positioning andmaintainlong-term competitiveness.
  • Champion Legal AI innovation by integrating legal domainexpertiseinto product development.

Requirements

  • Working Permission: Germany
  • Residence: Germany
  • Language skills: English (C2) & German (B1)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech environments
  • Experience in working with data or AI products
  • Fundamental knowledge of data engineering and AI technologies
  • Proven experience launching and growing complex software products from the ground up
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and enthusiasm for iterative product development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and legal concepts into intuitive product solutions
  • Strategic thinker with an user-centric mindset and a passion forgreat productexperiences
  • Bachelor's degree in law, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
