• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial system engineering or OT environments
• Experience designing secure network architectures and segmentation models
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 and OT security principles
• Experience with industrial networking, firewalls, patch management and system hardening
• Practical understanding of NIS2 technical measures and secure-by-design principles
• Nice to have:
• Experience with turnkey system delivery projects
• Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Specialist
• Network or firewall security certifications
