Job description
If that excites you, how about joining our CRM team as a Salesforce developer. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing customised solutions to support the workflows on the Salesforce platform
Your role includes:
- Meeting with project owners to determine CRM needs
- Participate in design conversations and administer world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM Organisation
- Leading the growth of Salesforce
- Designing/creating workflows/case management and integrating with 3rd Party SaaS systems
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
- Writing documents and maintaining "Wiki" architectural catalogue
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software deployment?, * Be a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who has a strong understanding of Apex and coding standard, and have worked in a regulated industry for a minimum of 5 years
- Comprehensive understanding of Experience Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve high-level issues.
- Preferred experience of:
- Conga CPQ
- Preferred experience of GearSet, Copado or similar deployment tooling.
- Jitterbit or similar IPaaS
- Docusign and Doc Gen

What you can expect:
ClearBank is a place where you can do things differently and challenge the status quo. We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank., First Interview: You'll spend one hour with a member of our hiring team focusing on your skills, competencies and your ways of working at the same time we'll give you time to ask more questions about the role, the team and learn more about the ClearBank culture. This will be via Teams.
Second Interview: This will be a competency-based interview with one or more members of our team.
Final Stage: You will have a final meeting with the Head of Department. This will be around 45-60 minutes.
