Data Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join JP Morgan's new Fusion Service Delivery team in Bournemouth on an initial 3-month contract with a view to go permanent. We can consider entry level candidates ideally with a data or finance related degree as well as anyone with exposure to fund accounting or security service operations and a keen interest in data management., As a Data Operations Analyst, you will monitor and deliver data files & products to clients on a daily basis. You will also work with various teams to identify and resolve any operational or technical challenges that may affect service delivery. You will aim to provide seamless and satisfactory services to end users and clients., * Monitor datasets and products to ensure timely delivery to clients.

• Manage BAU exceptions, identify root causes, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support data mining and analytics to improve processes and best practices.
• Prepare metrics and reports for senior management.
• Create thorough Standard Operating Procedures and collaborate across teams to resolve operational exceptions.
• Analyze trends and patterns to support data-driven decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy of client deliverables and willingness to learn and improve operational processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines
• Experience working in data management at an Asset Manager
• Experience in Fund Accounting or Security Services Operations.
