Job description

The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are responsible for the application of planned, dynamic and predictive maintenance approaches to provide improved asset reliability and resilience to meet and exceed regulatory performance and provide cost effective maintenance whilst delivering Totex benefits across the operational units. As a Maintenance Data Administrator, within the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team, you will help ensure that all operational assets have appropriate maintenance plans to ensure reliability, resilience and sustainability and ensure they fulfil customer and stakeholder expectations. This is achieved by applying the right maintenance at the right time to secure cost efficient asset reliability. - Where you fit in: - As our Maintenance Data Administrator you will; Work with the Reliability Engineers to ensure all maintenance plans are relevant in SAP S/4Hana. Develop and build spreadsheets using a variety of formula's and tables. Participate in the interpretation of maintenance performance and reliability data to identify critical assets/risks to the business and instigates repairs/replacements and long-term issue resolution. Be able to carry out site visits for the collation of data as required. Have experience in interrogating corporate systems, analysing & interpreting data. Have the ability to manage & prioritise workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships. Work as part of the team to deliver excellent performance by understanding how their individual performance links into achieving the team's wider objectives.

Requirements

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in the use of SAP S/4Hana. Ability to combine separate data sets into one spreadsheet for data analysis. Experience in using a variety of databases and carrying out data cleansing activities. Ability to understand the importance of accurate and timely data in the correct format. Current valid driving license and flexibility to travel across the Yorkshire region.

Experience of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets. Previous experience in a commercially orientated and / or regulated environment. Experience in using Power Bi or similar software to present numerical data. Previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.
