This is a highimpact delivery role at the heart of Trafford Council's digital transformation agenda. As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead fastpaced, agile teams to design and deliver modern digital services that transform how residents interact with the Council. You will champion usercentred design, introduce innovative digital solutions for the wo, and explore the practical application of automation and emerging AI technologies to improve services and efficiency. Working across complex, multiservice environments, you will remove blockers, build strong partnerships, and turn bold digital ambition into realworld outcomes for communities and colleagues alike., * Pre-Employment Checks: If offered a role, as a minimum we'll need to verify your right to work in the UK, receive two satisfactory references, and medical check. Some roles may also require a DBS check and/or police vetting, which will be noted on the role profile.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Agile?, Successful candidates will demonstrate substantial experience delivering complex digital transformation in a fastpaced, agile environment. They will evidence strong delivery management capability, including leading multidisciplinary teams, removing blockers, managing risk, and delivering outcomes to time and budget. Applications should show a clear understanding of usercentred digital service design, agile delivery methods, and continuous improvement of solutions. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, suppliers and partners, translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences, and show experience in automation, AI or digital workforce tools to drive service improvement. Your approach will reflect our values and behaviors. You will be committed to working collaboratively with others to deliver high quality services., Any appointment made to this role l be subject to the appointable candidate being vetted under Greater Manchester Police clearance processes. A requirement of the vetting process is a minimum of 3 years residency in the UK.
