Requirements
hands-on with imperfect datasetsDesign annotation strategies, data quality frameworks and evaluation pipelinesDecide where data investment matters mostTechnical Direction & MLOpsEstablish pragmatic MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, iteration)Build scalable but lightweight ML pipelines in AWS alongside engineeringEnsure models are robust, reliable and safe for productionTeam & CultureSet the technical bar for data scienceMentor future data scientists as the team growsBring curiosity, humility and ownership to a high-ambiguity startup environment What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fieldStrong computer vision expertise and experience fine-tuning state-of-the-art modelsDeep learning experience (e.G.
