Job description
DescriptionWe are looking for a Platform Manager who ensures that digital platforms run smoothly, efficiently and with a strong focus on user and client value.In this role, you will be at the center of a major transformation: supporting the transition from legacy systems to a new digital infrastructure and helping teams and stakeholders successfully adopt it. You will manage platform operations, oversee new developments and ensure that features, configurations and improvements are delivered with high quality and impact.Working closely with cross-functional teams, developers and stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into platform solutions and ensure that the system continuously improves in performance, usability and reliabilityWhat you´ll do

Platform operations. You manage day-to-day platform activities, including handling support tickets, coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth platform performance.

Quality assurance. You test CMS features, modules and templates, ensuring that new developments are properly configured and launched successfully.

Troubleshooting. You investigate bugs, resolve issues and provide first-level support when problems arise.

Platform optimization. You continuously improve configurations, workflows and processes to enhance system performance and user experience.

Development coordination. You help manage platform requirements and collaborate closely with development teams and external partners to bring new features and components to life.

Stakeholder collaboration. You communicate with internal teams and stakeholders, align platform objectives and ensure transparent reporting and progress tracking.

Industry best practices. You stay on top of tools, trends and innovations to ensure the platform uses modern standards and technologies What success looks like.

Requirements
What you can offerA digital and technical mindset with curiosity for platforms and systems
- Around 2-3 years of experience in a digital or tech-related environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently find solutions
- An eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
- A quick learner who can quickly understand new systems and tools
- Confident communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly
- Experience with CMS systems or headless CMS platforms is a plus
