Job description
We are hiring an experienced Application Support Lead/Application Manager with a strong Java or .NET background and proven expertise in application support (L2/L3). This role focuses on managing and supporting critical business applications in a production environment., * Lead L2/L3 application support activities for enterprise systems
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL)
- Ensure application stability, performance, and SLA adherence
- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related issues
- Collaborate with development teams (Java/.NET) for bug fixes and enhancements
- Support production deployments and releases
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
- Drive continuous service improvements
Requirements
- Strong background in Java or .NET technologies
- Proven experience as an Application Support Lead/Application Manager
- Hands-on Application Support experience (L2/L3)
- Solid ITIL knowledge/certification
- Experience working in production support environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher) - mandatory
- Ability to join immediately
