Consultant SAP Application Management Services

• Du übernimmst den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für unsere Kunden im SAP SD, TM oder FI/CO-Umfeld
• Du übernimmst detailliertes Troubleshooting, analysierst Ursachen von Störungen und behebst Probleme nachhaltig
• Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt diese um
• In Abstimmung mit dem Kunden unterstützt Du die systemseitige Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsprozesse
• Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Key Usern und dem ABAP-Entwicklungsteam zusammen
• Du bereitest Schulungen und Trainings vor und führst diese für die Fachbereiche und Key User durch
• Du dokumentierst SAP-Prozesse und erstellst regelmäßige Fortschrittsberichte

• Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der (Wirtschafts-)informatik oder ähnlichem hast du erfolgreich absolviert
• Du konntest du bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit SAP TM, SD oder FI sammeln
• Um unsere Kunden vor Ort optimal zu beraten bist du bereit, mehrmals im Jahr national und international zu reisen
• Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
