React Web Developer

• Develop responsive interfaces for advanced features, including conversational UIs, agentic workflows, and real-time data streaming.
• Design and maintain scalable frontend features integrated with our Python/Django backend, AI services, and native mobile apps.
• Improve the patient journey by identifying friction points and delivering smooth, reliable user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with iOS and Android engineers to maintain a consistent look and feel across all TeleClinic platforms.
• Plan and run A/B tests to generate data-driven insights that enhance the patient experience.
• Ensure reliability through performance profiling, monitoring, and observability using tools like Datadog and Sentry.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to speed up development and reduce boilerplate.
• Contribute to a high-quality codebase through testing, pair programming, and active knowledge sharing., It is our mission to create a seamless, 5* experience for every patient on the TeleClinic platform. In this role, you will be a key advocate for the patient, ensuring our interface is frictionless, intuitive, and reliable.

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 4+ years of professional React experience , building robust, production-ready applications with modern tooling.

• A patient-first mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript , frontend architecture, and performance optimization.
• Curiosity for emerging tech, especially conversational UIs and LLM API integrations .
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development workflows to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Solid experience with testing frameworks and best practices to ensure quality and minimize regressions.
• A collaborative, open-minded attitude and fluency in English .
