Job description
Our People & Talent team is looking for a HR Systems & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) who can build on a solid foundation and help take our HR systems to the next level. This is a hands-on builder role. Together with our functional teams in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering you will configure, test, deploy, and stabilise solutions yourself; not coordinate vendors or produce slide decks. Success is measured by system quality, automation, reliability, and clean architecture. The guiding principle? Simple, lean, robust, and scalable., HR Systems Architecture & Automation
- Act as SME for Workday (HCM Core, Time, Absence, Talent Optimisation and Advanced Compensation) and its integrations, advising stakeholders on capabilities and best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose system design
- Ensure documentation, sustainability, and maintainability of system changes
Reporting & Data Insights
- Build custom reports and calculated fields
- Develop dashboards that support leadership decision-making
- Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data insights
Integrations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage and optimize (future) integrations with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other third-party vendors
- Ensure clean data flow and alignment across the HR technology stack
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance
Multi-Entity & Multi-Country Expansion
- Support and drive Workday expansions into new entities and countries
- Ensure local compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness
- Balance global standardization with local requirements
Requirements
- Multiple years of HRIS experience with strong hands-on Workday configuration in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence and Reporting, ideally incl. relevant pro certifications
- Experience implementing automation and process improvements
- Ability to translate business needs into structured system design
- Strong English communication skills
Beneficial Skills
- Exposure to Workday Talent Optimisation / Performance and Advanced Compensation and familiarity with Greenhouse, potentially incl. relevant pro certifications
- Experience implementing multi-country HR systems
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Bachelor or master degree in human resources, I&O Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
