Hardware Test Engineer

• Independent determination of test approaches and responsibility for technical outcomes
• Selection and operation of test equipment such as shakers and climatic chambers
• Execution of environmental, mechanical, and functional tests on unarmed ground vehicle hardware
• Assessment and documentation of component and system performance under operational conditions
• Identification of hardware issues and coordination with engineering teams for resolution
• Creation of test reports, data analyses, and validation records
• Continuous optimization of test setups, methodologies, and measurement accuracy

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in hardware testing and validation
• High level of autonomy, self-reliance, and decision-making capability
• Comprehensive understanding of complete system architectures and subsystem interactions
• Ability to define test strategies, methods, and tools independently without predefined frameworks
• Strong competence in interpreting requirements, deriving test criteria, and assessing system-level impacts
• Proven expertise in managing complex test setups, instrumentation, and environmental test equipment
• Advanced analytical skills for evaluating test data and identifying root causes at system level
