You will be part of the AI team at Allianz, building and enhancing the backend foundations that power our AI-driven products and services. In this role, you design and develop reliable, scalable, and secure backend components that enable automation, data-driven decision-making, and seamless AI integrations across the insurance value chain. By turning business needs into robust technical solutions, you directly contribute to Allianz's digital transformation and help create more efficient and personalized customer experiences., · Work in cross-functional Scrum teams to develop and evolve AI-driven solutions
· Identification of requirements and development of a product vision for our P&C insurance services
· Alignment with multiple development teams working for multiple countries
· Improve quality and strive for continuous innovation with regards to products and technology stack

Requirements
· Proven development skills and work experience (at least 2 years+) Python, Java, Typescript, Angular
· Practical experience in architecting and implementing AI agent-based solutions
· Experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Camunda).
· Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions preferred)
· Proactive learner with pragmatic adoption of AI-assisted developer tools (for example GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to improve developer experience and delivery.
· You are highly familiar with agile IT project methodologies (Scrum) preferably in an international context
· Ideally you are also familiar with event-driven architecture concepts (event driven design, Kafka)
· You enjoy what you do and you like to think outside the box
