Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's IT Department is looking for an IT Project Manager to join its team!
The successful candidate will be in charge of the projects and maintenance services within the systems of the functional area under his/her responsibility.
The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), User Areas, vendors, and outsourced IT support., Your role as a Project Manager will involve:

Lead and coordinate all projects related to his/her functional Area, from both technical and functional perspectives

Coordinate the Incident Resolution Team, as well as the support to all the systems under his/her responsibility

Management and oversight of the portfolio of IT providers involved in the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility

Lead end-to-end implementation of new software applications, from analysis to go-live

Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables

Oversee the ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications, ensuring service levels are met

Manage and maintain technical and functional documentation

Identify digital process improvement opportunities and recommend suitable technology solutions

Ensure application security, data integrity, and system availability

Participate in the definition of system architecture and selection of new tools.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

+5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation, both in consulting companies or IT departments.

Strong communication skills to engage with technical and Business Unit stakeholders

Have a sound understanding of projects and IT maintenance delivery methodologies, as well as of the main front-end development technologies

Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications will be a strong plus (PMP, Scrum master…)

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline preferred

Experience in ServiceNow projects will be valued

Fluent English, both written and spoken
