SAP Employee Central Payroll SME / Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Employee Central Payroll SME / Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM and Dutch payroll. The role involves end-to-end payroll configuration, issue investigation, tax-related fixes, and support for payroll integrations and year-end activities., * Manage end-to-end SAP NL Payroll configuration and support.

• Investigate and resolve payroll, tax, arrears, and replication issues.
• Perform PCR and schema changes as required.
• Work on wage type concepts, inbound and outbound interfaces, and point-to-point replications.
• Conduct HRSP impact analysis, testing, and year-end payroll activities.
• Handle Payroll Control Center issues and support payroll process improvements.
• Create LSMWs and support data-related activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

• Strong experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll.
• Expertise in SAP HCM PA, OM, TM, and Payroll NL.
• Hands-on experience with Dutch payroll end-to-end configuration.
• Strong knowledge of PCR, schema changes, wage types, taxes, and payroll issue resolution.
• Experience in inbound/outbound interfaces and point-to-point replication analysis.

Good to Have:

• Experience with EC Payroll in P2P integration.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Familiarity with Personal Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
• Experience with Payroll Control Center.
